Troubleshooting
Check that camera permission is enabled, that no other app is using the camera and that the entire QR or barcode is visible and in focus. Then reopen DNI Check and try again.
DNI Check supports MiDNI, French and Austrian identity documents, European EUDI Wallets under eIDAS 2, driving licences, compatible train tickets and boarding passes, and EU Digital COVID Certificates from QR codes.
Document reading and cryptographic verification can work offline. Sending an authorised result to a paired receiver or configured server requires the corresponding local or internet connection.
No. DNIWallet SL does not receive or store scanned credentials, identity data or verification results. The operator that requests the check controls the configured destination and any retention.
Confirm that the intended receiver is running and available, that both devices use the required network and that local-network communication is allowed. Then repeat the pairing flow.
On supported mobile platforms, DNI Check prevents screen capture while identity-document details are displayed to reduce unintended copying of personal data.
